Terminus Hôtel

Really spacious beautifully new apartment-style hotel room. Has curtains between rooms for privacy, which is nice. The kids loved it! Great to have kitchen amenties (pots, kettle, baking sheet, knives, etc provided). Would've been nice if they provided one small sachet of coffee upon arrival for the coffee machine. Laundry room lets you wash your clothes - which was super helpful after the rainy day! Overall really great space. Only downside is it is a little hard for Ubers to find because signage isn't there really and outside is papered up windows, but would still stay again!

Excellent check in. There is no service at this hotel which is why I didn’t rate it. It’s new and they’ve done a wonderful job with the decor and apartment style rooms. We picked it because we like to have a kitchen for breakfast and takeout etc. very well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable. We are fit and love to walk so staying down from the old part of the town was no problem. If you’re not, this might not be the place for you as there are multiple extensive staircases to get you up to the historic part of town. My only recommendation to make this hotel better would be to provide a chest of drawers or shelving for clothes. There was literally nowhere to put clothes but plenty of space to include something. For 5 days we had two suitcases open and clothes all over the floor. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Hotel! It is so clean and the rooms have everything you need(dishes, appliances, smart tv, many towels etc..)! The service is also fantastic and very kind. I will be coming back for sure. It was very easy to travel and get comfortable we are a family of 4 with a small baby and 6 year old, everyone loved the stay.

So far my most comfortable stay in Quebec. Spacious, clean, everything felt brand new, and my room remained the perfect temperature my entire stay (it’s winter now). I personally love minimalist spaces with choice, balanced furniture. Comfortable chair, rug and couch to relax on. The staff were friendly and it was close to cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. Would definitely stay again. Was a treat. Merci!

I really really wanted to give this place 5 stars, and unfortunately for me and my fiancée, Terminus hotel fell slightly short. The pros: - The rooms are absolutely huge. They feel cozy, like a home away from home - Very easy checkin and checkout - The front desk service were super friendly and accomodating Unfortunately for us, the cons were: our room did not have our wifi up, so we used another room's, which was a bit spotty. The water pressure in showers was really really low, and it was very difficult to have an enjoyable shower, and finally the parking was, in our case, very difficult to get in and out of. I would still highly recommend this place, but the cons did unfortunately dull our experience.

The hotel rooms are beautiful and spacious, so clean. Fully stocked kitchen. The staff were quick and amazing helping with any needs. The location was just right. A couple blocks to a grocery. Short walk 20 min to old quebec. We ate at DE Edgar which is behind the hotel. Locals go there, the nite we went a group of people started playing all kinds of instruments. It was lovely. We will stay here next visit again for sure...if your reading this review to decide. Do it, you will be so glad you stayed at the terminus. We loved our stay.

It was a beautiful experience staying at Hotel Terminus in Québec, even though our stay was very short. We were hosted through Union des consommateurs, and everything exceeded expectations. The interior design is excellent — beautiful colors, thoughtfully chosen details, and everything put together in a harmonious and elegant way. The space is very clean, and anything you might need is already there, perfectly blended into the design with great taste. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and comfort, and I will definitely be back soon with my family, just to share this joy and experience with them.

Loved, loved, loved my stay at Terminus Hôtel! Staff here were exceptional, super friendly and I loved interacting with them. Rooms were apartment style, super spacious and comfortable, I’d be more than happy to live there if I had the option. It’s located in the St Roch area, but it’s not a far walk to the old town, and honestly, St Roch is the better location to be at because they’ve got better food options which aren’t tourist traps. I stayed here 5 nights and had the absolute best experience. Stay here for a comfortable, happy holiday! Merci beaucoup :)
